**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements and timelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
- Ensure thorough documentation of test results and maintain test artifacts.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues related to testing and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools related to testing and quality assurance.

**Criteria Selection**
- _ A minimum of 3 years experience leading testing activities on medium to large system implementations._
- _ Experience in the preparation of Test Plans based on testing-type risk assessment in an agile project environment._
- _ Experience in using testing tools that include but are not limited to; Azure DevOps and its extensions such as Browser Stack, Test and Feedback._
- _ Experience in performing various testing types including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, regression testing and ensuring test coverage to User stories/requirements._
- _ Ability to prepare and maintain test artefacts related to testing._
- _ Experience in planning, preparation and execution of testing activities including defect triage and test results reporting._
- _ Ability to support vendors to perform their penetration testing and accessibility testing as per project requirements._
- _ Experience supporting Business for User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing._
- _ Experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies._
- _ Experience in SQL script writing._
- _ Experience in using PostMan and MS Azure DevOps is desirable._
- _ Experience in the health sector will be highly regarded._
