Video Content Editor - Sports - 6 month contract

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help shape and dictate the look and feel of all Sport content for our client.

This is an exciting contract opportunity working closely with the TV Production team, responsible for the output of TV & Content that will be seen by a broad range of dedicated passionate sports fans.

**Responsibilities**:
Curation of all sport content across digital platforms

Assembling recorded film and video footage, editing and creating finished, highly engaging, broadcast-worthy content

Managing digital workflow that ensures the channel's specific identity & brand is maintained

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with senior leaders across the business

Constructively influence across a complex stakeholder group, at multiple levels within and outside of the organisation

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with people across the business and with the external sports partners and vendors/suppliers

Accountable to work with Commercial, Legal and Regulatory compliance within industry requirements

**Essential Skills and experience**:
Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field

A solid track record of video content editing in a TV production team (ideally sports production)

A history of video editing with the consumer and the sports fan at the centre of mind

Ability to translate and fully depict the vision of the production director

Expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques and demonstrated experience with editing software

Work according to a strict time schedule and the ability to pivot to changing demands

Ability to influence across a complex stakeholder group, at multiple levels within and outside of the organisation (includes Customer Care Support, Product, Networks, Branding & Comms and Marketing)
