Our client pushes the boundaries of what is possible with natural, non-toxic and organic baby, beauty and suncare products. They are expanding their Australian and International markets and are looking for an exceptional Graduate to join their team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of this organisation by building and nurturing their customer base.
**The Role**:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships both within the team and across accounts
- Supporting customers with brand information and training
- Analyse sales data and initiate feedback on results
- Manage monthly promotional material communication
- Manage and grow the B2B customer base and website.
- Handle B2B and B2C support for enquiries received through their branded websites.
- Manage point of sale collateral
- Prepare and maintain sales reporting information and communicate with internal and external partners.
**About you**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Sound problem-solving skills with strong analytical ability
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work calmly in a challenging & exciting fast paced work environment
- Highly motivated and driven to learn new skills and succeed within the team and be a team player
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- A valid Australian driver's licence and vehicle
