Fmcg Graduate Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in a Graduate role focused on Fmcg. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our organization by building and nurturing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships within the team and across accounts
- Supporting customers with brand information and training
- Analyzing sales data and initiating feedback on results
- Managing monthly promotional material communication
- Managing and growing the B2B customer base and website
- Handling B2B and B2C support for enquiries received through our branded websites
- Managing point of sale collateral
- Preparing and maintaining sales reporting information and communicating with internal and external partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Sound problem-solving skills with strong analytical ability
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work calmly in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and driven to learn new skills and succeed within the team
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
