The Fresh Collective is recruiting for two experienced Asst. Venue Managers at one of Melbourne's most exciting venues. We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented - a hospitality natural.

This is a busy role overseeing a seven-day operation.

**The Role**
- Lead a team of waiters, hosts and baristas
- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
- Ordering and stocktake
- Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
- Daily troubleshooting
- Develop and train new and existing team members
- Manage and oversee cafés and restaurant on site
- Rotating 5 days roster over 7 days

**About You**
- Minimum 1 year in management/ supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.
- Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid RSA and bar/beverage knowledge
- Full Australian work rights
