**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client serves the community by leading the provision of world-class education and training, connecting all stages from early childhood to tertiary courses and qualifications.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking multiple experienced Customer Service Officers to join their team in Chatswood with the flexibility to work remotely from home / hybrid upon completion of training. This is an estimated 8-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Training Services Division, you will be required to provide general information to customers and members of the public on apprenticeships, traineeships and vocational education and training programs whilst providing administrative support to the Regional Centre.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Deliver high level, professional customer service
- Respond to customer enquiries in a high-volume fast paced environment
- Facilitate the resolution of issues, problems and complaints
- Provide information to customers on available apprenticeships, traineeships, vocational education and training programs
- Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- High volume data processing of information into the system
- Preparation of documentation including correspondence, briefings and presentation material
- Generate routine, detailed reports and spreadsheets
- Process invoices and claims
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:
- Demonstrated Customer Service, Administration or Business Support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and TRIM
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Valid Working With Children's Check and undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
