**JIVARO Recruitment are currently assisting one of Australia's most timeless and contemporary Womenswear label, in search for a Merchandise Planner to join their team based in Melbourne.**

**Day to day duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage and develop department open to buy (OTB) budgets across all categories and assortment plans in line with the overall planning strategy
- Be heavily involved in the product ranging process, driving and analysing sales and product performance
- Participate and plan accordingly for product range reviews, category plans, store grading, allocations and replenishment
- Assist VM to ensure best product is pushed through visual merch strategies.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Qualification in Merchandise Management (Fashion), Business, or any related area of qualification
- Strong financial acumen with an overall ability to support and implement the business strategy focusing on sales targets
- Proven experience in being accountable for season planning, budget and category management
- AP21 or similar retail solutions software experience
- Advanced Excel skill set
