Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Tester to validate the end-to-end functionality of our web application and integrations (including Gmail workflows). You'll be involved in both manual testing and, if experienced, automated testing using Playwright. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a smooth and reliable user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on QA experience in a mission-driven, actively evolving platform.
Responsibilities
Create, execute, and document manual test cases for new and existing features
Perform regression, exploratory, and integration testing across the web app
Log reproducible bugs and edge cases using tools like GitHub Issues
(Optional) Help develop and maintain automated test scripts with Playwright
Work closely with developers and designers to clarify expected behavior
Contribute to improving QA processes and release checklists
Requirements
Familiarity with software testing fundamentals (manual and/or automation)
Experience with bug reporting tools and writing clear reproduction steps
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify unexpected behavior or UI inconsistencies
Willingness to test across different platforms and email workflows
Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
