**The Firm**

A leading Planning and Development-specialist firm in Melbourne is seeking a talented Planning and Development Lawyer to join their growing team under senior lawyers who are leaders in this area, including an Accredited Specialist.

**The Role**

A full-time, permanent role for an experienced mid-level Planning and Development Lawyer with excellent technical knowledge and practical skills in drafting and problem-solving.

You will be dealing with a diverse caseload across a range of Classes, particularly Classes 1 and 3.

There will be significant autonomy over matters from end-to-end but collaboration is encouraged within the team to ensure the work delivered is exceptional.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years PAE exclusively in Planning and Development in a reputable Melbourne-based firm with a strong Planning and Development practice or a specialist firm
- Unrestricted Working Rights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of the Environmental, Planning and Assessments Act
