**Job Information**:

- Assisting facilitation of process hire, off hires, transfers, and exchanges of vehicles
- Perform accurate vehicle inspections before and after hire
- Install and monitor vehicle accessories
- General assistance with the transport of vehicles when required
- Providing a high standard of customer service to visiting guests and customers
- Scheduling servicing and repair for vehicles
- Process manual paperwork
- Record data when inspecting systems, such as fuel log, on hire and off hire inspection checklists
- Control of vehicle servicing records through data entry
- General yard and warehouse maintenance
- Internal and external cleaning of vehicles
- Preform general manual labour duties as required

**About the Role**:
General maintenance, servicing, organisation and upkeep of yard. Maintenance of vehicles including washing and detailing interior and exterior. Organise for the safe delivery or pick up of the vehicle to the customer, using a high level of customer service.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid Australian C-class Drivers Licence
- Previous administration experience required (highly desirable)
- Previous experience within transport/warehousing (desirable)
- Able to work independently, and within a small team
- Hands on and proactive
- Friendly and energetic disposition
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Police Clearance no more than 3 months old
- Ability to pass a Lab Drug & Alcohol
