Having been in the Australian market for over 15 years, they have had an incredibly successful run in their developments and planned communities and are continuing their ongoing strategic acquisition of significant sites.From an employee perspective - they have an unrivalled reputation in staff retention due to their focus on work-culture, rewards to staff (employee discounts, subsidised health care) and their cultivation of enduring careers by promoting from within.Duties:A newly developed role, this key position will see you take the helm of sales strategy, the sales teams and provide insights to drive marketing strategies and customer functions across two (2) landmark Apartment & Mixed-use sites in Sydney metropolitan.Key duties will include:Guide the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies (in collaboration with the Marketing team)Provide leadership, and engage / continue to develop a high-performance sales teamCollaborate across teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for customersManage budgets and maximise sales profitabilityUnderstand the competitor landscape, industry trends and provide input to navigate a changing marketEstablish relationships and develop strong business ties within the local areas & communityOverarching oversight of contract management, sales deliverables and reportingSpecific requirements:Demonstrated success in leading teams selling off-the-plan apartments in Sydney (ideally across multiple sites concurrently)Proven capability in devising and executing on sound sales strategyReal Estate LicenseExtremely well presented and a strong communicatorBenefits:Newly created Director-level roleLead across 2 established sites, yet still have the ability to have strategic input into projectsDeveloper with an impeccable track record and reputation, as well as deep pockets and a strong appetite for further acquisition / growthGenerous employee benefits scheme incl.
