Base pay rangeA$90,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yrRecruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOpsWe're working on a role for a Salesforce System Administrator who's ready to take ownership of a high-impact, enterprise-scale platform.In this role, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of a large Salesforce environment.
You'll work across configuration, support, data management, and release governance, plus bring your marketing cloud expertise to the table to help deliver engaging, data-driven customer journeys.What You'll Be Doing:Platform Configuration & AdminManage Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and dashboardsOversee page layouts, record types, validation rules, and overall system optimisationAdminister sandbox and production environments, including refreshes and deploymentsUser Support & AdoptionAct as the first line of support for Salesforce-related issuesOnboard and train users, drive adoption, and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide day-to-day support across the business to maximise platform valueData Management & GovernanceMaintain clean, secure, and accurate data using tools like Data LoaderImplement deduplication, validation rules, and hygiene processesManage imports, exports, and ensure compliance with access policiesRelease & Change ControlParticipate in change management processesSupport testing and deployment of new featuresMaintain system documentation and audit readinessDesign and manage multichannel campaigns using SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio)Build dynamic customer journeys, manage segmentation, and support campaign reportingIntegrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulationsSystem Monitoring & SecurityMonitor system usage, license consumption, and system healthMaintain governance, prepare for audits, and align with Salesforce best practicesWhat You Bring:Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator in a mid-to-large scale environmentStrong knowledge of platform configuration, data integrity, and user supportExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup and integrationUnderstanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, and access controlsStrong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent stakeholder communication skillsThis is an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a real impact across teams and technology.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesGovernment Administration
