**COMPANY BACKGROUND**
With a strong private equity backing, this newly formed financial services company are looking to on-board a number of technology resources to scale up their greenfield environment. Growing exponentially within the last 12 months, they are now looking to take on a PMO Lead to grow out their PMO environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**The PMO Lead will be responsible for**:

- Creating and maintaining Executive reporting on a regular basis
- Producing a Portfolio Roadmap
- Ensuring squads follow the correct release process
- Help to create and roll out efficient agile processes

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
As the PMO Lead you will be a Project Manager with 1-2 years experience, preferably with a background in project co-ordination. You will be adept at working in fast paced environments and have a clear understanding of working in agile. All domains will be considered although fintech experience would be an added bonus
