M Roles Available
- Baristas - confident with coffee-making, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure while keeping quality high.
- Café All-Rounders - helping on the floor, behind the counter, and with general service. A can-do attitude is more important than prior experience. Free barista training for those interested in diversifying their skillset.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality (barista or front of house) is great, but not essential - training provided for the right people.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Reliability and ability to work weekends (we'll work with you on rostering).

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
