About the Role
Overview: Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee daily store operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills, work with a talented team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations
Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Livestock and breathe genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
Safety leaders who provide a safe work environment for themselves, team members, and customers
Set a positive example and maintain high standards of performance
Take on opening and closing responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience or readiness for the next step
Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
Ideal candidate will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
Flexible availability and valid driver's licence
Ability to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature
Prioritise safety and adhere to all relevant regulations
