Key Leadership Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing store operations.

This leadership position requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor associates to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient sales floor operations.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards, manage inventory levels, and maintain store appearance to drive sales and meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps, improve processes, and enhance overall store operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing campaigns that drive sales and engage customers.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the retail apparel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Vibrant, energetic, and authentic with a positive attitude.
