Join us in shaping the future of aviation as we propel Melbourne Airport towards becoming Australia's favourite Airport destination.Discover how Melbourne Airport is thinking big with exciting projects like the third Runway, state-of-the-art terminals, and thriving business park developments —watch our video to see the future take flight: responsibilities:The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:First point of contact for customers providing a high level of service in greeting and welcoming customers whilst offering them a professional valet services.Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided.Provide high level knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customers queries regarding airport amenities and other available services.Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle.Safely parking and retrieval of customer vehicles.Organise and file paperwork relating to customers vehicles and daily transactions.Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager.The successful candidate will have:Previous customer experienceA genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and customer first attitudeFull manual VIC Drivers Licence and a clean driving recordStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam focused and flexibleAccountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once.Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent computer literacyImmaculate personal presentationAbility to work shifts, including overnight shift workFlexibility to work a 24-hours rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidaysAll successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours.We understand that not everyone will feel they meet all of these 100%.
