Counter Sales Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and efficient team member to handle internal counter sales and sales administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by adhering to internal sales procedures and providing timely assistance at the counter.
- Responding promptly to telephone enquiries, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting sales processing through effective administration procedures, including order fulfillment and credit returns.
- Ensuring seamless coordination of daily deliveries.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to guarantee accurate order dispatch and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships.
No prior experience in the air-conditioning industry is necessary, although some sales background would be advantageous. What matters most is your commitment to helping others and building meaningful connections.
