
Electronics Technician

**The Role**:
The EO Electronics Technician is accountable under limited direction to undertake moderately complex electronics tasks and activities within an explosive ordnance field.
They will work within the Guided Weapons Approved Maintenance Organisation, a framework of legislation, established principles, work practices and procedures in accordance within the business objectives. They will take individual responsibility for accurate completion of work and seek guidance when required.
**Duties will include but not limited to**:
- Contribute to the team's outcome within the guided weapons Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO).
- Perform and certify the electronic maintenance, breakdown, repair, assembly, alignment, calibration, test and inspection of guided weapons and associated equipment.
- Utilise technical data, publications or documentation associated with electronic activities within an explosive ordnance field.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment and operate as an effective team member.
- Listen to internal and external stakeholders to meet needs and expectations.
- Seek advice and guidance on more complex issues.
- Interpret and comply with legislation, policy and the guided weapons Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO).
- Accountable to work within delegated maintenance authority for the conduct of moderately complex maintenance activities.
**Requirements;**
- All required Licences/Certificates/Tickets to perform the duties of an Electronics Technician
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
- Australian Citizen
- HR Licence (preferred but not required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred but not required)
