We are seeking a passionate and engaging
Part Time Retail Assistant
to join our OPSM team in
Albury
. You will be involved in the customer ads journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customizing high-fashion frames from luxury brands to suit the customer ads lifestyle.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with their optical retail journey from inquiry through post-purchase support.
Manage the customer journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customizing high-fashion frames from luxury brands (e.g., CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.
Contribute to a world-class customer experience and brand presentation.
Participate in training programs and mentoring provided by the company.
Engage in local and global volunteering opportunities with OneSight where offered.
