Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Freight Coordinator for a position based at the Brisbane Airport.

This role will see you effectively perform all functions related to the receival and dispatch of cargo (international and domestic) to ensure the facility operates effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Load and unload cargo
- Palletise, wrap and cube cargo
- Adhere to customs, quarantine and dept of home affairs guidelines
- Update systems to reflect receival and dispatch
- Inventory control
- Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse and equipment
- Perform daily checks of warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance where required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations
- Current driver's license
- Current forklift license with minimum 3 years' experience operating
- Prior experience working in airfreight/ shipping advantageous
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation
- Reliable and hard working
