**Casual NDIS Support Worker (Weekends)**

Are you a compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental individual with a passion for supporting others? We are seeking an experienced NDIS Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis for weekend shifts. (Potential to expand to weekday hours)

Your role will involve providing companionship, community support and assistance with daily activities in a respectful and patient manner. We are looking for someone who can offer support without judgment and with empathy, helping to improve the quality of life for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with daily living & community activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with healthy meal preparation, and light household tasks.
- Support the client in making positive choices in their daily routines.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Reliable and honest.
- Ability to work weekends on a casual basis.
- A mature, patient, and non-judgmental approach to support.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Criminal Check.

Pay: $50.00 - $67.00 per hour
