About The RolePublic Sector People are approved recruitment partners for State Government Departments.
I am currently recruiting multiple AO3 Administration positions throughout Brisbane (suburb and city locations) within different departments.
These are contract positions paying $49.40 + Super P/H.
Full time hours on a casual contract.DutiesProvide high levels of administration support to the team and all senior managers.Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers to help support team cohesionData entry, audit and compliance supportUndertake any other duties as are reasonably within the limits of the employee's skills, competence and training.Be highly experienced in delivering excellent frontline customer service and displaying initiative to resolve problems in a dynamic business environment.Successful CandidatePrevious experience within administration/business support/executive support workPrevious Government ExperienceDeliver strong verbal communication skills, in particular communicating effectively with internal and external customers.Maintain high level attention to detail to ensure that the work produced is accurate.Have the ability to consistently meet deadlines.Please note that due to high interest only successful candidates will be contacted.
