The Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Cook to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes while maintaining stock control and inventory management.
2. Contribute to a strong team focus, assuming responsibility in the kitchen including ordering and general cleanliness.
3. Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders.
4. Drive and support a range of Workplace Health & Safety Compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in plating and presenting dishes in a restaurant-style setting.
• Understanding of safe food handling and HACCP protocols.
• Knowledge in food quality control.
• Passion for creating dishes, recipes, and assisting with menu changes.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Understanding strict health and hygiene standards and Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
