Overview HealthX is seeking 8 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in Mount Isa QLD 4825.
These positions are full-time contract positions over a 48 month term (4 years) commencing in September 2025.
Location: Mount Isa QLD 4825.
Hourly rate of between $30 - $33 plus shift allowances and super, paid in accordance with the Aged Care Award.
Full-time fixed term.

You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care.
Duties To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
Communicating to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
Provide appropriate care to residents Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
Foster good working relationships with everyone on the team.
A commitment to delivering quality care.
Qualifications / What were looking for Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential Ability to work as part of a team Empathy and an emphasis of treating others with dignity and respect Reliability and punctuality Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across all shifts (day, afternoon, nights) 38 hours per week/76 hours per fortnight.
