**The opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Systems Performance Analyst to join our team at RAAF Base Edinburgh, Adelaide. In this role, you will support the P-8A Through Life Support (TLS) Program and be responsible for monitoring and reporting the performance of the P-8A weapon system. You will analyze data, collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance issues/trends, and provide recommendations to improve system performance.

If you are a critical thinker, like solving problems, can manipulate data to provide insights to support decision making, and have great communication skills then this is the role for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report P-8A weapon system performance
- Analyze aircraft and support system data to identify trends
- Contribute to problem-solving and improvement initiatives

**Experience/Qualifications**

To thrive in the role, you will have:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex support system data
- Knowledge of data manipulation and visualisation tools (Tableau, Excel, JIRA) is desirable
- Experience in defence logistics management or aviation technical support is desirable
- Familiarity with defense logistics and aircraft technical data sources (CAMM2, NetMAARS) is desirable
