This dedication and love of the job ensures that every duck to leave Pepe's is of the highest quality and standards.An excellent career opportunity exists in our Dispatch and delivery team as a Dispatch & Delivery Team Member, reporting to the Day Dispatch Supervisor.Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dispatch/Delivery Driver to support our team in fulfilling customer orders.
This role involves picking and packing products, loading delivery vehicles, and completing local deliveries of Duck products.
A key focus will be on efficient, courteous, and safe delivery services to ensure customer satisfaction.This is a Part time role, averaging 20 to 25 hours per week, however may have extra hours occasionally available.Times can be flexible for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and pack customer orders accurately and efficientlyLoad and unload delivery vehicles manuallyPerform timely and professional local deliveriesHandle customer collections and maintain positive interactionsCheck invoices and ensure delivery accuracyEnsure safe driving practices at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicleSkills And RequirementsValid Australian driver's licence (standard)Strong attention to detailExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and customer service skillsPhysically fit and able to perform manual handling tasksBasic numeracy and ability to check and reconcile invoicesBiosecurityDue to our strict biosecurity constraints, we cannot consider applicants with the following:Have birds or pigs of any variety at their place of residence or are in regular contact with any type of birds or pigs.Are in regular contact with persons who are in regular contact with any type of birds or pigs.Our Recruitment ProcessDue to the high volume of applications, we receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
