We are seeking a Picking and Dispatch Team Member to join our team.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, involving a range of tasks that will keep you active and engaged throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order Dispatching: Using our systems to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all orders.
  • Picking: Selecting items for customers using our trolley system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stock Management: Conducting stock-takes, receiving stock when needed, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Returns Processing: Efficiently processing returns, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be able to multitask, show initiative and think quickly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, comprehensive computer skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
