**Technical Lead**:

**About the role**:
As the Technical Lead you'll make a real, measurable difference to thousands of users by proactively addressing performance and reliability issues, as well as implementing usable, performant and relevant features. You will guide technical decisions as well as helping the client with their Agile practices and uplift their capability in terms of Test Driven Development, Clean Code practices and ability to work collaboratively.

**Responsibilities**:

- You'll be working on our client's product using a modern tech stack including their React single page app framework and Microfrontends, with a microservices based backend.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Work with the business to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical requirements.
- Participate in all aspects of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and code quality assurance.
- Continuously refine software development processes and CI/CD approaches to guarantee robust test coverage and thorough security assessments for developed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.

**Qualifications**:

- React experience, backed by comprehensive knowledge Javascript, CSS and HTML.
- Familiarity with containerisation using Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, for deployment and scalability.
- Proficient in following SDLC with Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
