Interaction Designers work as part of an enabling function within our SAFe Agile environment. They are essential in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experiences. They ensure consistency of experience and maximise re-use of design components in a shared, scaled technology platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Management and technical staff to refine scope and backlogs, ensuring alignment with interaction design requirements.
- Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to ideate and prototype interaction solutions.
- Work with delivery teams to integrate interaction design elements into the development process and quality assure as-built designs.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the CER Design System and component library.
- Ensure appropriate quality assurance of interaction design deliverables, including engaging with and contributing to the Design Reference Group.

Personnel requirements Interaction Designers will have several years of demonstrable experience working in:

- A design role involving creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
- A scaled agile delivery framework.

Interaction Designers will possess:

- Relevant tertiary and/or professional certifications.
- A deep understanding of interaction design principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro and Figma.
- Strong skills in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experiences.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret service design outputs and translate insights into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
