User Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Specialist to help shape the user experience of our products. Our company is at an exciting time in its growth, with over 200 large scale customers across the globe.

  • Work with Figma to iterate through design concepts for console integration with Spot by NetApp
  • Leverage design libraries to streamline design effort
  • Collaborate with members of the Spot UX Guild (Team is based in Israel)
  • Advocate for the customer as you refine solutions, creating prototypes or mockups for review and subsequent build
  • Promote UX understanding within the organization
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the needs and use cases of our customers
  • Review designs from developers to ensure a consistent user experience

Your daily responsibilities will involve:

- Designing and iterating on user interface components using modern tools like Figma

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences

- Conducting user research to inform design decisions

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience working as a UI/UX designer

- Possesses strong interaction design skills and knowledge of UX design best practices

- Is up to date with modern design tools and technologies

- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Is eager to learn and grow their abilities as a UI/UX designer

- Can advocate on behalf of our customers

- Has knowledge and understanding of programming concepts and languages such as JavaScript and CSS
