**Job Title: Security Guard - Licensed Venues (Weekend Availability)**
**Location: Queensland**
**Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time (based on availability)**

We are currently seeking **experienced and professional Security Guards** to join our growing team for various licensed venues across Queensland.

**About the Role**:
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff. You will be working in busy licensed venues where professionalism, strong situational awareness, and effective conflict resolution skills are essential.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience** in a licensed venue security role
- **Current QLD Security Licence (Class 1)**:

- **Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)**:

- **Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)**:

- **Available to work weekends (Friday and Saturday nights essential)**:

- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- A strong presence and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Venue: 1 year (required)
