About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of conversational AI.
You will work on building scalable systems that can be used across the product, fine-tuning LLM-based models to improve performance and user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features.
Building a truly flexible and scalable conversational AI platform, designed to serve diverse use cases without custom implementations.
Fine-tuning and evaluating large language model based models to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Contributing to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems, with a focus on hands-on problem-solving.
Exploring integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices.
Mentoring junior engineers and elevating overall engineering quality and excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong bias for action, a product-minded approach to engineering, and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging AI techniques.
Requirements
Key Skills:
Deep experience building and deploying machine learning-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.
Able to write limited backend production code and solve complex engineering problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to influence roadmap decisions and thrive in ambiguous environments.
