Conversational AI Developer

We're seeking an expert in building scalable conversational AI platforms, capable of serving diverse use cases without custom implementations. This is a deeply technical role where you'll be responsible for designing and deploying large models, fine-tuning and evaluating their performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing truly flexible and scalable conversational AI systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features
  • Mentoring other engineers and lifting engineering quality and excellence
  • Exploring integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices like MCP and A2A

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in machine learning and natural language processing
  • Experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI
  • Strong bias for action and product-minded approach to engineering
  • Ability to influence roadmap decisions and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Passion for keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space
