**How will I help?**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing in RAMS, our Marketing Manager - Brand and Advertising will be responsible for developing the RAMS' brand and content strategy, creative executions and contributing to business results.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Working with the Head of Marketing to develop the brand strategy ensuring it is aligned to the overall business objectives
- Managing social media channels and community management across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) including moderating and responding to questions, comments, and messages alongside the customer experience team
- Managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns and analyzing data and insights on the effectiveness of campaigns to identify trends and opportunities, optimization, and amplification
- Effectively communicate campaign and marketing activity to relevant stakeholders including franchisees across the broader RAMS network
- Collaborating and maintaining relationships with agency partners, both creative and media

**What do I need?**
- 3+ years' experience in a professional environment with proven success in marketing communications
- Proven ability in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies
- Strong social media management skills to deliver campaigns leveraging data insight
- Excellent understanding of social media channels; Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Instagram as well as an understanding of paid advertising in these channels
- Understanding of paid media would be advantageous
- Experience in community management and an understanding of how to appropriately respond to customer feedback and complaints
- Strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners
