Overview
Assetlink is hiring for a Night Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Macarthur Square, NSW 2560. This is a full-time night role with responsibilities across the cleaning team, operational delivery, training, and client relations.
The roster for this position is:
Monday to Friday 22:00 - 5:36
.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team to deliver high-quality service
Provide staff training, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Manage administrative tasks such as incident reporting and rostering
Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements and client expectations
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
Understand and implement customer security, environmental, and safety requirements
Follow Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Respond to general cleaning tasks, periodic/ preventative maintenance, emergencies and queries
Role Requirements
Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel
Inspire team members to deliver superior guest experiences
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
Ability to give direction and instructions to people
Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work under pressure
Consistent attention to detail

Role Qualifications
Must have permanent full work rights in Australia
Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to give direction and instruction to people
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
Consistent attention to detail
