**In this role you'll be responsible for**:

- Completing usability testing on a wide range of electrical and non-electrical products
- Breaking down associated products and completing formal reports to evaluate build quality, component quality and suitability of components
- Sharing reports and finding with relevant internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers
- Providing advice on the relevant AS/NZS standards for tested products
- Suggesting improvements and any changes that should be implemented in products being evaluated or existing range where applicable
- Collaborating with other departments to provide solutions and fixes to any identified problems across our product range
- Working with the product and Support teams to confirm identified issues are resolved in updated samples and software that is provided
- Ensuring that the testing area is maintained, kept clean and free from any Occupational Health & Safety hazards.

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar)
- Previous experience in an internship or work experience capacity within Product Testing will be highly regarded
- An exceptional problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and have an ability to use various cloud-based tools in daily work to improve efficiency and productivity
- Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.
- Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand's eCommerce future
