**About The Role**

This role is part of the Marketplace Operations team which tackles some of Australia and New Zealand's most complex problems. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale commercial outcomes while developing a comprehensive understanding of UberEats' 3-sided marketplace (Consumers, Delivery People and Merchants). You will be responsible for setting strategy, optimising our pricing levers, product rollouts and measuring and communicating impact with senior stakeholders.

**Your Impact in Role**
- Primarily responsible for optimising and implementing our consumer pricing strategy.
- Lead roll outs of global products, processes and programs in Australia.
- Own critical stakeholder relationships in local and global teams across a variety of the business lines including operations, product, sales, marketing and finance to drive broader strategic initiatives.
- Take complex problems and break them down into actionable solutions, backed by data and insights, to drive meaningful improvement across the business.

**The Experience You'll Bring**
- You will have a background in pricing strategy and associated analytical frameworks and techniques.
- You will have a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation within company operations at a large scale.
- Your experiences should include high proficiency in working with data and showcasing your analytical skills. SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
- As a preference, you hold a bachelor or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, Maths, or equivalent.
