Student Success Advisor

The focus of the Student Success Advisor is to provide course information to prospective students, high level enrolment and re-enrolment processing and inbound & outbound sales support.

This role contributes to the delivery of quality services whilst providing a diverse range of information to current and prospective learners and the general public. As first point of contact, the position actively promotes the business of Chisholm Online and maintains an up to date awareness of courses.

The position provides outstanding customer service and supports students across the whole of the student lifecycle from enquiry to graduation.

The incumbent supports Chisholm's 2025-2029 Strategic Plan and our vision of Empowered local communities with global impact by working collaboratively to enrich lives through education and striving for excellence in all they do.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills, experience or qualifications as listed below:

- Equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training.
- High quality verbal and written communication skills e.g. writing reports and instructions, or providing guidance
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and display conflict negotiation skills
- Effective self-management skills including the ability to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines and follow through with student queries
- Analytical capability, organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible working style with the ability to multi task and problem solve, meet deadlines and follow through with student queries
- An empathy for the needs of a diverse student population
- Strong action orientation and results focused
- Confident telephone manner
