We are seeking an experienced and skilled barista to join our team in providing excellent coffee and beverage services to our customers. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure that all beverages are made to customer specifications and are of the highest quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Educate customers on our menu, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards customers, creating a positive and enjoyable experience for them
- Process customer transactions using the point of sale system
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making equipment and brewing methods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
