**Job Description**:
Toll Group Resource and Industrial division are seeking an experienced **National Linehaul Supervisor** to support our east coast contract logistics operation across our paper and glass customers. This position will coordinate all national linehaul movements and ensure all company and subcontractor fleet are scheduled to meet customer demand.

Reporting to the National Manager - Paper and Glass, this role will base out of our shared South Dandenong hub and work Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm. Join our dynamic team, and experience genuine career progression with succession plan opportunities and online learning and development.

As the National Linehaul Supervisor, you will:

- Effectively schedule, manage and coordinate the inbound and outbound linehaul transport service nationally for our paper and glass customers.
- Cost and balance all data entered into linehaul systems, and ensure data integrity in applicable databases.
- Ensure a high level of company and subcontractor driver compliance by performing compliance activities regularly.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
