Job Title: Client Services Representative
Payrix (part of FIS) is a global leader in financial technology, providing solutions to vertical software companies. We are seeking a Client Services Representative to ensure our clients receive timely and exceptional service. This role plays a vital part in maximizing transaction processing through the Payrix Portal.
About the role
The primary objective of this role is to deliver ongoing revenue by providing excellent customer service and resolving client enquiries. You will be responsible for setting up client access, training clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
What you will be doing
- Provide exceptional customer service, including setting up client access and resolving enquiries
- Train clients on how to use the Payrix Portal
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
- Respond to client change requests within the Portal
- Maintain updated policies and process documents
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Analyze reports and data to assist with strategy planning
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
- Prepare account status reports
- Promote client retention through effective initiatives
- Assist with resolving challenging client requests or issues
- Build strong customer relationships
- Proactively contact existing clients to increase transactions and revenue
- Record all communication and touchpoints in Salesforce
- Act as the main contact for client matters
- Create and process client records and integration access
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and the Payrix Portal
- Contribute positively to the organizational culture
- Perform other duties as requested

- Prior experience in customer service, support, sales, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work autonomously
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Added bonus if you have
- Formal qualifications in customer engagement or customer service
- Qualifications in the Financial Services Industry
- Experience with Salesforce
