**How will I help?**

This role has been designed to ensure the ATM and self-service channels continue to deliver significant value to our customers, our branch network, and our brand for the corporate Westpac Group network. You will be expected to support the ATM expansion, replacement, relocation, removal, device surrounds and Self-Service Device (SSD) roll out.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Ensuring appropriate software and advertising is supplied for ATMs and SSDs, as well as providing timely advice of ATM and SSD movements to all interested parties across the Westpac Group
- Providing situation management on the day of ATM/ SSD movement, and loading ATMs and SSD onto the network and commission of ATM on day/ night of installation
- Completing weekly and monthly reports to vendors and management on ATM/ SSD movement activity
- Managing relationships with internal/ external service providers and providing support to in-branch staff
- Developing and maintaining processes for efficient business operation

**What do I need?**
- Proven track record in people leadership, and coaching of high-performance teams
- Good understanding of Base 24 and Commander monitoring systems with a background in ATM/ SSD delivery
- Technical aptitude for ATM communications, security alarms and locks
- Ability to converse competently with ATM technicians, security technicians, communication technicians and locksmiths
