About Lillian:
Society's euro-style Brasserie, Lillian offers a contemporary take on European classics. The soft timber walls, fringed lamps and curvy banquettes play host to guests from all of the world, providing the perfect backdrop for a lingering lunch, cocktail hour, intimate dinner, and everything in between.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your exceptional hospitality skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.

Main Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave
- Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table
- Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times
- Proactively carry out any other duties as instructed by Crew Leaders

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

- Experience as a section waitstaff in a premium restaurant
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Passion for food and wine
- Outstanding time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to use positive language and communicate effectively with guests as well as other team members
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
