About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Waitstaff & Runners to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.
- Experience as a section waitstaff or runner in a premium restaurant
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Passion for food and wine
- Outstanding time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
