Switch 2 Infrastructure - Career Transition Cadetship

Are you looking for a new, fulfilling and well-remunerated career? We are on the lookout for women with transferable skills who are eager to transition into sought-after roles in infrastructure. Supported by FSC and Careys Civil Constructions, this paid cadetship program is dedicated to fostering greater female representation in infrastructure. On completion, this program offers a smooth transition into a challenging role in infrastructure, fully equipped and job-ready

**The Opportunity**

You will be a part of the SWITCH pilot program. This structured 12-month paid part-time cadetship will equip you to step confidently into a role in the infrastructure industry upon completion. Beginning with a comprehensive introductory intensive, you'll be immersed in various job placements to acquire relevant industry experience. You'll also be paired with a supportive buddy who will guide you through the process and serve as your support system. Throughout the 12 months, you'll have access to ongoing mentoring and coaching to ensure your success.

**Requirements**:
**Transferrable Skills**

You could have previously worked in any industry, a STEM background is not required You will be a good fit for this opportunity if you have the following transferable skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and understand contract clauses
- Understanding of basic finance principles
- Ability to resolve misunderstandings and disagreements
