**The Opportunity**:
The State Learning & Development Facilitator will work collaboratively within the broader People & Culture team and across the various businesses to facilitate training programs, including but not limited to, inductions, leadership, sales, customer service and personal training; that measurably enhance the performance and capability of our people.

There are positions available in WA and SA.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional facilitation of FLG's bespoke range of training programs, including Bronze Foundations, Gold Certification, Emerging Leaders and Personal Training inductions
- Facilitate regular Fitness First and Goodlife morning workshops, teaching the history and purpose of our brands to new team members
- Delivery of learning content, primarily via face-to-face workshops, ensuring participant competency meets learning objectives
- Provide feedback to State and Regional Management and the L&D Team Lead regarding participant competency and performance
- Develop and maintain key performance metric benchmarks, adjusting as data is collected
- Track and maintain the status and completion records for all relevant training programs

**About you**:
Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude you have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders. You will also present with:
Essential
- 3+ years' experience within a customer facing sales and/or customer service role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in managing/leading projects.
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems
- A natural and motivational communicator
- Flexibility to travel across different sites within capital city to run face-to-face workshops
- High-level organisational skills
- Kirkpatrick Four-Level Training Evaluation Model
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise duties to meet deadlines
- Able to prioritise workload, strong time management and ability to meet deadlines - this is a fast-paced role with many moving parts
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience facilitating face-to-face workshops in a medium-to-large national organisation
- Experience with the use of a Learning Management System
