At Birches Early Learning Frankston South, we're looking for energetic and adaptable educators to join our casual pool across our centres in Melbourne's South East and East.

A bit about the role...
Step in when needed and help keep the day running smoothly across different rooms and age groups
Create a fun, welcoming, and safe space for every child in your care
Work closely with our passionate teams to maintain our high standards of early education
Quickly build trust and rapport with children, families, and staff to ensure consistency and care
Bring flexibility and confidence as you move between different age groups and centre environments
What we're looking for:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
First Aid qualification (specific to education and care)
Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
Understanding of the Child Safe Standards
A genuine love for early learning and a warm, adaptable attitude
Great communication and people skills
