Key responsibilities include:Demonstrating our Culture Values - Strong Team Player, Willingness to Surprise and Delight our guests and a 'Can-Do' Attitude.Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staffAssisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and servicesProviding efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functionsRestaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning dutiesBuilding and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse culturesMaintaining up to date knowledge of menu offeringsKnowledge of responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesExceptional communication and customer service skillsAbility to carry 3-platesAbility to create and maintain relationshipsAbility to work independently or as a part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively (verbal and written)Immaculate personal presentationMust have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)Flexibility to work including evenings and weekendsRights to work in AustraliaAbout the BenefitsCareer development and ongoing training providedParking - free, secure and underground car parking (plus a discount on car washes)Daily Meal Allowance to be used in venue on food, tea and coffeeUniforms ProvidedRewards & Recognition - you'll have access to generous rewards and recognition programAre you ready to embrace an exciting new challenge?
