  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu, and food menu
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • A La Carte waitperson experience
  • Valid RSA
  • Valid working rights in Australia
